Film and Television

Television - KCET: Boboquivari

A showcase for folk, rock, jazz and blues artists. `Boboquivari' is a Native American word loosely translated as `joining together,' in this case, artists and audiences.

In the Spring of 1970, Tim and 'The Starsailor Band' - Lee Underwood, drummer Maury Baker, bass player John Balkin and horn player Buzz Gardner - entered the KCET studio and played six tracks - I Woke Up, Come Here Woman, (Music Boats By The Bay) and Jungle Fire - almost non-stop before a live audience.
